How do you tell the good from bad in inflatable games?
Materials: the first thing you should pay attention to is building materials. Even though all material may look alike, materials with the same weight can have a very different tear resistance index. This is very important technical aspect you should talk to your games provider about. Tear resistance is fundamental considering the kind of stress your games will endure with daily usage.
Seam: Double and quadruple seams have become common in this industry. Almost all manufactures use them when putting games together. Our seams are done using thread that can withstand great force before tearing;
Reinforcement: In inflatable games there is what we call "high stress points". These points may be access areas, floor and column joints or wherever structure panel meet. A well built inflatable game will have a special treatment in those thru strong reinforcements that will allow those high stress points to hold the game together. Many times, certain game will last longer thanks to smart engineering: knowing where to place reinforcements instead of blindly stitching the game together. |

| Workmanship | 1-Tripling welding technology
Tripling welding technology has been used to produce our sealed products, especially water products. The sealed products should be plump and solid after inflating, so it's crucial to for us to insure the welding is sealed tight and lasting for such a long time. Most sealed products in the market only weld two layers, while we add one. It is not only for the safety, but also for durability of the products. |
2-Polyester bonded thread
We use polyester bonded thread for stitching craft. Comparing with other sewing thread, it is priority in strong tension, abrasion performance, small shrinkage, applicable elasticity and neat stitching trace. The perfect thread helps our specialized workers do a perfect stitching for making products. |
3-Stitching
Double stitching is applied to all our products both inside and outside.
We add double stitching to quadruple stitching or use extra patches on all the stress places, such as the corner, the joint and the forced parts. For certain special products, we have no doubt to use sextuple stitching to ensure durability and safety of our products |
4-Protection strips
The inflatable products need to be used under the situation of constant jumping pressure, so 10cm width protection strips are added to each 2 cm width side of the stitching of all the jumping surface |
5-Needle gauge
The needle gauge of the inflatable products is really exquisite. It's neither too long nor too short.
If the pinholes is too close on per unit length, the PVC tarpaulin may easily break from strong tension; while if the pinholes is too far on per unit length, the airtightness of the products will be badly affected.

Besides the length standard of needle gauge the pinhole size standard is also a technical work.
For inflatable products, there are two kind of needles in the market, NO.23 and NO.24. Most inflatable manufacturers choose the latter one to speed up the Productivity. It's thicker than NO.23, which could produce stronger force while stitching. As a consequence, the thicker needle, the bigger pinholes, which also mean poorer airtightness.

| | 7-Air door of deflation
One of the particularities of JOY Inflatable Toys is, an air door is designed behind the inflatable products aim to deflate quickly for saving time.
The air door consists of three important parts. The zipper is in the middle. Outside the zipper is a shield with Velcro. It helps to share the stress while the product is continual inflating. A block piece is inside the zipper in case of air leaking by non-manual operation such as power off or blowers broken suddenly. Once the emergency happens, the block piece will prevent air from running away too quickly and gain time for guests who are playing in the inflatable products at that time. |

9-Advanced Printer

To reach the best specification of 1440DPI (The number of the point can be printed in one inch. The larger number you can print, the higher quality image appears.).
